The Dumbell Kickback See muscles involved Primary Muscles Involved Triceps Other Muscles Involved Abdominals Execution While holding a dumbell in one hand, rest the opposing hand and opposing knee on a horizontal bench. Keep the upper arm horizontal by the side with the lower arm hanging vertically while holding the weight (Starting Position). Smoothly extend the lower arm until it is as close to being horizontal as possible (Finishing Position). Tips and Safety Do not swing the lower arm. Avoid using an excessively heavy weight. |
